BOOKINGS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

I understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and it is my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients. I have adopted the following policies, please read them carefully.

POLICY

As part of our booking process, we require clients to securely place a valid credit card on file. This information is kept confidential and will only be charged in accordance with our no-show cancellation policy or for any additional services requested. We prioritize the security of your information.

 

 24 HOUR ADVANCE CANCELLATION NOTICE

We appreciate that the appointment is cancelled with 24 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a session. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact will be considered a “no show” and will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

AGREEMENT

By sending your deposit you agree with Mind Body Recovery cancellation policy terms and conditions.
